OMR AUTOMOTIVE RECEIVES CUSTOMER CARE AWARD IN THE USA
OMR Automotive received the annual award for the best customer care business in the United States today. The award comes from the American giant Dana Incorporated which, among the over 500 different suppliers, has chosen to reward the OMR Group for its ability to work according to customer needs, strengthening its centrality. Among the winners, OMR is the only European supplier.
During the awards ceremony in Ohio, the president and CEO of OMR, Marco Bonometti, explained that "this recognition is a certificate of esteem for women and men who work in our group for the attention to the needs of Dana, our strategic client. Currently in the United States our company invoices almost 50 million euros ".
Bonometti added that "the relationship with Dana began 30 years ago and developed in the meantime that OMR became a global supplier. The ‘Dana-Cina-OMR’ project started the plant in China to meet the needs of Dana - reveals - by verticalizing production from cast iron casting to processing, delivering the finished product. In Italy, with the Mariani plant in Rovereto, located near the Dana factories, it was possible to supply just-in-time products.
