PROJECT "COMPANIES ENTER SCHOOL"

OMR has joined the “Companies enter a school” program of the Rodolfo Vantini School of Arts and Vocational Training.

The program aims to complete and enrich the level of preparation of students and to create an ever stronger bond with companies, involving company technical personnel with ad hoc structured lessons able to bring and transmit competence and experience to the students.

In recent days, OMR Production Manager Mauro Gorni gave a lesson to a class of the first year of the Mechanical Operator course.

During the meeting various topics were discussed, from the presentation of the companies, products, values ​​and mission of the OMR Group, as well as a focus on particular products by OMR, of which he described the main phases to the students: from design, to development, to production.

"It was a great experience, both for me and for the students, - comments the Master of Labor Mauro Gorni - The kids need topics that attract their attention, that they are passionate about and that make them interact directly with the process of development and productive. It was the first time that I presented myself in front of a class for almost two hours and I hope that telling my story, among other things started in their own training school, was useful for young people who will soon enter the business world ".
