Group Quality

OMR's primary objective is to continually improve the quality of its products and services to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

To do so, we have established our Quality Policy, which can be summarised by the following general and strategic objectives:

  • full customer satisfaction, respect for our CSR and its implicit and explicit requirements, constant improvement of business processes and products
  • respect for the environment and the safety of products, people and means of production
  • profitability and success of the company and improvement of its performance

We pursue these macro objectives by implementing the following guidelines:

  • continuously improving the effectiveness and efficiency of our processes and services, maintaining our Quality Management System in line with the UNI EN ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards
  • clearly defining responsibilities and tasks within the company, with a favourable and widespread approach to multidisciplinary teamwork
  • effectively monitoring and managing any non-conformities (internal and external) and paying continuous attention to the prevention of defects and risks ("zero defects" and "zero risks" objectives)
  • promptly responding to the needs of our customers regarding the development times of new products and processes, so as to reduce time-to-market and increase the quality of the products and services we provide
  • using appropriate and innovative technologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our production processes
  • effectively controlling and monitoring external activities by selection, growth and development of our supply chain
  • active involvement and constant improvement of the skills and knowledge of our staff and employees
